A few random pictures I wanted to include...

The "watch instantly" feature on Netflix came in very handy when the kids were sick and had gone through our own stash of movies. Here they are snuggling - truly a rare moment.
For Family Home Evening one night, we made gingerbread cookies and took them to the neighbors. Yes, Gehrig is wearing his Caesar costume we got in Vegas.
This is what we have come to call our "California snow". Every year, this male ginkgo tree in front of our house is the last one to have it's leaves turn, and then fall. It's become a Christmas tradition to rake the leaves into a big pile and jump into them.
Mt. Hamilton and the Santa Cruz mountains, however, had real snow. This is what greeted us out our front door - snow capped mountains framed beautifully between the trees and rooftops across the street. Yeah, that's my car in there. It was sad, needed new rear brakes. But, my knight in shining armour (a.k.a. Kurt) fixed them for me last night and we're back in business shuttling kids around. After being so sick, Gehrig has gotten his groove back. Check this out!

Love the dancing and love the "watch instantly feature, too. Brian concocted some weird wiring so that we can watch the movies on our big TV. Is it easy to do? No. But it's still a really cool feature.
