Robert Munsch is one of my favorite children's authors. I've got his autograph on a quilt square that my class sent him (I need to finish that quilt one of these days...) You all know him best as the author of Love You Forever, but he has done hoards of other titles. I'd love for you to see this video of an interview with him - he's so animated. He's truly a storyteller!
I just learned that he also has O.C.D. and suffers from depression; he and his wife adopted children after she delivered two stillborn children - makes me like him all the better!
