Yea! I got assigned a student!
I use the term loosely because, well, the parents are really the ones responsible for their child's education. My job is to document the learning that transpires to justify the funds from the state.
But, as of yesterday I will be meeting with her family every month and recording her learning progress. I'm so excited!
If you've ever thought about homeschooling, or just wondered about the philosophy - I'm here to tell you...there are many! There are as many philosophies as families that homeschool their children. That's the beauty of it. It's a pretty great organization and growing fast. Check it out:
