Tonight we were able to join our friends and neighbors for their celebration of the 5th day of Hannukah. It worked out perfectly that there was a candle for each child to light. Alan made latkes, which Natalee devoured. We played driedel afterwords and Gehrig loved the chocolate coins.

Interesting that Hannukah fell so much earlier than Christmas this year. Last year it fell almost at the same time. How do they calculate when it will be?
